4/1 Monday Night Young Adult Drop-In @ NWCSP!

                                Young Adults!

Happy April Fools Day! On Monday night, April 1 from 4-7p the YA drop-in activity for the evening is...LASER TAG! If you are interested, please do your best to bring $3, and we will cover the rest. Hope to see you there!

We will be starting a Driver's Ed study group in May. If you're interested in getting your driver's license, but aren't sure where to start, or how to begin studying, then this is the group for you! Stay tuned for more details!

New Health & Wellness Opportunities offered at NWCSP:
 
1.) Medication Therapy Management
  • This is being offered for anyone who would like to review his/her prescriptions with a trained pharmacist to make sure your meds are working for you.
  • The GENOA pharmacist will come to the CSP every 4th Thursday of the month to meet with members who have completed the referral paperwork. Contact the CSP for additional information and how to get a referral form (612.752.8300).
2.) Wellness for Life
  • Wellness for Life is a new wellness opportunity at the NWCSP that will help you identify and make progress on personal wellness goals related to exercise, nutrition, and stress management.
  • You will have the opportunity to work 1:1 with a health and wellness coach. Contact the CSP for additional information (612.752.8300).
3.) Healthy Living: Tobacco and You
  • This is for anyone who is a smoker and is interested in learning more about living a tobacco free lifestyle.
  • Be looking for this group to start in early April. Contact the CSP for more info (612.752.8300).

3/25 Monday Night Young Adult Drop-In @ NWCSP!

                            Hey Young Adults: A Fun Monday Ahead!

This upcoming Monday, 3/25 from about 1:30-6 we will be taking a trip to the Mall of America, making sure to return to the CSP no later than 7!  

We'll be leaving the CSP at 1:30, however if you can't get here by  then, call us and we'll see if we can help you get here! 612.752.8306

3/11 Monday Night Young Adult Drop-In @ NWCSP!

                                         Hey Young Adults! Happy Monday!

This upcoming Monday, March 11 from 4-7pm at the Northwest CSP, we will be going Thrift Store Shopping for our activity! Come with to discover all the hidden treasures waiting to be found! And don't forget your money if you want to do more than window shop!
We will be leaving for the activity between 4:30-4:45 and back before 7. If you don't want to come on the activity, feel free to just come hang out at the CSP!
