Individual Counseling/Outreach
We can meet you in your home, the community or at our office to provide one-to-one support and assistance with the things you are working on in your life. Some examples are:
  • Getting connected with GED/College classes
  • Finding a safe, comfortable place to live
  • How to stay calm in stressful situations
  • Skills you need to live on your own (getting a job, managing money, paying bills, etc).
  • How to lessen anxiety, depression, or other mental health symptoms
  • Applying for/completing paperwork for county assistance
  • Self-development- learn more about your strengths, values and abilities as well as the areas in which you may need support.
You can schedule  appointments anywhere from "as-needed" to several times per week, depending on the amount of support you are looking for.

Drop-in
Our drop-in is open during a variety of hours during the week for anyone over the age of 18. You are welcome to attend any of the activities, groups or classes offered, or just relax in the drop-in during open hours. There are computers, an art area, an exercise room, a kitchen, and ping-pong & pool tables available for use.

Young Adults have their own drop-in hours in addition to the general drop-in hours. During this time, you must be 18-27 to attend. Activities are planned by the young adults who come to drop in, on a monthly basis. Feel free to bring your children, however child care is not provided.

See our individual site calendars for specific hours and activities available.

*You are welcome to bring a guest, such as a friend or family member, to drop-in. However, please make sure they are 18-27 years old if you bring them during YA drop-in.
