4/29 Monday Night Young Adult Drop-In @ NWCSP!

             Happy Monday Young Adults!

This upcoming Monday, April 29th from 4-7pm at the NWCSP, we will be going bowling at Doyle's in Crystal! Please try and bring $2 to bowl, and we will cover the rest.

 
 
Announcement!
We will be starting a Driver's Ed study group in May. If you're interested in getting your driver's license, but aren't sure where to start, or how to begin studying, then this is the group for you! We will be meeting every Wednesday during the month of May from 1-2 at the NWCSP!
 
If you are looking to work on getting healthy, come check out some of the fun health & wellness activities happening at the Northwest CSP the week of April 29!

New Health & Wellness Opportunities offered at NWCSP:
 
1.) Medication Therapy Management
  • This is being offered for anyone who would like to review his/her prescriptions with a trained pharmacist to make sure your meds are working for you.
  • The GENOA pharmacist will come to the CSP every 4th Thursday of the month to meet with members who have completed the referral paperwork. Contact the CSP for additional information and how to get a referral form (612.752.8300).
2.) Wellness for Life
  • Wellness for Life is a new wellness opportunity at the NWCSP that will help you identify and make progress on personal wellness goals related to exercise, nutrition, and stress management.
  • You will have the opportunity to work 1:1 with a health and wellness coach. Contact the CSP for additional information (612.752.8300).
3.) Healthy Living: Tobacco and You
  • This is for anyone who is a smoker and is interested in learning more about living a tobacco free lifestyle.

 from 6-8p on April 30th!
